Does anyone have an example of schema replication using Oracle 9i streams ?

I understand that procedure DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.MAINTAIN_SCHEMA is not available in Oracle 9i.

If you have a step-by-step instructions for implementing schema replication using Oracle 9i, could you please post it on this forum?
