Indeed, it is a good one. There is a Dutch company called 
allroundautomations who do a component set for Delphi and 
BCPPB - the set is called DOA (Direct Oracle Access) - a wee
bit unfortunate, though the company and its product are
highly regarded in the Delphi world.
