Yes English is not my first language. Sorry, I should have mentioned
that developers are unable to edit procedures in TOAD. They can change
packages in TOAD for other db but not this particular one. I hope this
makes sense. Can anyone please guide me what needs to be checked. I
have the db in read write mode.
