Greetings,

I'm on O v 9.2.0.8, W2003.

Given a local date, time, and country, is there a way to determine EST/EDT, the critical factor here being daylight savings time aware?

Don't I need a country to Oracle Time Zone Region table to be able to use the correct Oracle TZR?

And using timestamp w/TZR is daylight savings time aware, correct?
