unable to install Gridcontrol

We have about 4 Solaris boxes which have 10gR2 db on them. I have downloaded the following files:

Sol_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk1.zip
Sol_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk2.zip
Sol_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk3.zip
Sol_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk4.zip

unzip_sparc.Z
When I $ unzip_sparc Sol_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk1.zip I get
$ file #XXXX: bad zipfile offset (local header sig): 470164556

Then I unzipped them in windows (all in one folder) and then copied the folder to the UNIX box. then I
$ $HOME/GC/install/runInstaller

Checking Temp space: must be greater than 250 MB. Actual 6679 MB Passed
Checking swap space: must be greater than 500 MB. Actual 7703 MB Passed
Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors. Actual 16777216 Passed

All installer requirements met.
