There is no way of identifying the CSI from your software installation, at either the client of server level.

At least one person (normally the DBA) in the company should have an "admin" metalink account (setting certain metalink permissions for other company account holders) for the CSI and you probably shouldn't be asking for a metalink account with consulting the DBA anyway.

If you're only a developer, you may only need OTN not metalink.
