Help - Oracle beginner

Hello to you all experienced Oracle users.

I am new to Oracle world, and need some advice from you where to start if I want to learn PL/SQL programing and database administration.

Also I would like to learn how to use Oracle Forms and Reports tools.

I have some knowledge about databases, but most of those knowledge is theoretical. Now I want to learn more and I really need your advice where to start, cause I know that the beginning is always most important.

What should I do?

Should I first take some Oracle course for beginning ? Or maybe use some book for start ?

I will be grateful for all your advices.
