I've never seen it. Which packages did you install? Here is my recommended list from the installer:

Remove

·	Web Server
·	Windows File Server
·	Text Based Internet

Add
·	Editors
·	Graphical Internet
·	Office Productivity
·	Legacy Network Server (click on Details and check the boxes for rsh 
server, rusers server, and telnet server)
·	Development Tools
·	X Software Development
·	GNOME Development
·	Legacy Software Development
·	System Tools (click on Details and check the box for sysstat)
