Top posting is what you just did. This forum reads from top to the bottom. When replying scroll to the bottom and then reply ... do NOT post at the top.

We sent you to the solution. But if you prefer concept ok.

Use an analytic function with LAG or LEAD integrated with either CASE or DECODE to pivot the data.
