Now I understand the confusion. I was already helping the OP (or trying to), not asking questions.... ;-)
But to clearify: EBS is Oracle Applications, fnd is for "foundation", a set of tables for EBS. To EBS people, putting fnd_ in front of a table name creates a Pavlov reaction. I confess: I'm guilty.
