Problems with UPDATE and ociexecute in PHP

It is the first time for me to use an oracle DB together with PHP.
Everything now is working fine, but I have a big problem with the
UPDATE query.



The SQL-query is working, when I use it directly. But now, when I use
it over PHP it is not working any more. I heard something that I should
use special quotes, but I don't have a clue how or what...



Does anybody knows a little bit more about this problem?
