An SR is a Service Request, formerly known as TAR (Technical Assistance
Request) . IF you have support on your Oracle product (other than
'upgrade'), you have an account on Metalink, where you can create a service
request. If you haven't/can't, your left to the guys and dolls in this
group, or you can check the OTN forums (otn.oracle.com). If you have
support, but no account for metalink, you can request an account using your
Support ID (SID).
