Create Database Link

Hi,

I'm trying to create a database link at test database. In another word, I'd like to access DEVL database tables from TEST database.

I used TOAD to create db link (devl) from TEST database. However, I got the following error messages:

Link : "devl"
Error : ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name

I created db link long time ago without problem. I was wondering whether this error message means some definitions missing in tnsnames.ora. Thanks for your help.
