The above is kind of the same question as asking if there is any difference between Oracle on Solaris and Oracle on AIX....

Oracle will run just fine on SuSE and RedHat. Both platforms are certified. Some people prefer one Linux flavor over another for various reasons, but for day-in day-out operations, there is little difference.
