multimaster replication

I'm using Oracle 10g, and I'm planning to use multimaster replication to create a failover site. I need to create a function that specifies if the main site is in sync with the failover site or not. I was thinking that a good way to deal with this would be to check if the outgoing and incoming queues are empty. If so, they are in sync. Otherwise they are not.

However I can't find a function to check queue sizes. Does anyone know of one?

Thank you. Received on Tue Aug 15 2006 - 12:58:38 CDT
