Jens,
you might want to try PDF Creator (
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=57796 ) , it install a virtual printer, i printed often diagrams from Oracle Designer via this tool into one PDF File, which can afterwards be scaled as you wish ( a3,a4,a5 etc). If you search this newsgroup , you find also not so old postings with another suggestions about similar products - haven't tried them while being happy with PDF Creator.
