A member of PSOUG delivered to me on 5 1/4" floppies SQL*Forms Version 2.0A and the reference cards for SQL*Calc version 1.1 and SQL*Forms Designer version 2.3.
That brings back a few (unpleasant) memories for a few of us dinosaurs.
