The NBA used to be an all-white club: That is no longer the case. The ethnic make-up of recruiters is and will continue to change. That is a given.

The reason I objected to this when I said "Oracle how" is that these are not just Oracle recruiters. They are technology recruiters. It is not the case that all Oracle recruiters have one ethnic makeup and C and Java recruiters are another. Equally you bringing up the fact that they were from country X rather than Y seemed provocative and I thought a bucket of cold water appropriate.
