Establish connection to XDB in IE

Hello!



I've got a strange behaviour on my computer concerning both Oracle 9.2 and 
IE 6.0. If the Oracle services are started, I'll get several times an 
annoying LogIn window to establish the connection to "XDB". Each time I 
change the URL in IE I will get 2 or 3 times that annoying window. If the 
Oracle services are disabled, there is no problem working with the IE.



What is the reason for my problem?
