Most of what you appear to be asking about is OS related information and the Oracle rdbms would not even need this information to function as it would use OS calls to the necessary resources and the OS would know/translate control information as necessary.

If any of the information you want is available via Oracle it would probably be via an X$ view, but I cannot even imagine why you want to know many of the items that likely fall under your post via Oracle.

Oracle does provide the server name, server ip address, and other platform related information via a couple of provided packages. A more complete list of the specific items of interest might allow someone to provide more specific information.
