It can be done in two different ways:

  1. Packages and you will find an example in Morgan's library at www.psoug.org under Packages.
  2. Operators and you will find an example in Morgan's library at www.psoug.org under Operators: User Defined. I would suggest an OPERATOR would likely be a better choice than a package based on the question you asked. -- Daniel A.
