learning PL/SQL

Hi



I would like to get good tutorial sites for learning PL/SQL. My
background knowledge is academic exposure to SQL and bare intro to
PL/SQL, Database Management System course at auniversity where I
learned normalization, ER model, relational calculus, etc.



BTW, which version of Oracle should download and install for this
learning purpose?
