This error always occurs (in any product) when the product tries to allocate virtual memory, this allocation attempt fails (so the 0x0000000 address is returned) and the product yet tries to use it. As such, your system can have insufficient memory, but it can also be a bug in Oracle. Who can tell?
You would first need to ascertain how much physical RAM you have, and how much virtual RAM you are using (by means of PerfMon). If you have sufficient memory, you first need to curse Microsoft, then visit Metalink.
