help:oracle9i management server installation

Hi frnds,

I have oracle 9i database server in my system now I am going to install management server in my system .While installation I selected the custom and I unselect the http server option but its giving warning that for this installation http server is required .

What my doubt is I am having database http server is my system so I didn't need once again the http server for my management server but it is asking that need the http server .

is once again http server installation is required for my management server installation.if it is required plz explain why it is required .In my installation I created a seperate home for management server installation in my system.
