There is no 'queue' here. This is a community and we interact based on interest and availability. If a message has not been answered within 48 hours you can assume people do not have an answer, do not understand the question, are busy with other things, or possibly have not become interested in the question.

If you have an urgent question that *must* be answered, you are encouraged to open an Oracle Support Service Request or access a consultant for assistance. This is not the place for anything urgent - it is simply one more resource in your toolkit.

The best way to get help here is to appeal to our vanity - explain your problem, explain what you have tried and ask for corrections to your knowledge.

Your thought of simply referencing the old message is considerate, but somewhat misguided. Some of us simply do not have access to old messages without extensive searching. Repeating/rephrasing the original after a few days delay is OK. So is copying only the relevant information from the original post and adding new information that proves you are still attempting to resolve it on your own.
