autoconfigure in Oracle 10g

Hi newsgroup,



is there anything like the command "autoconfigure" in IBM Universal Database 
V8.2 to configure database initialization parameters automatically in Oracle 
10g? As I found out, AWR and ADDM could help to find out bottlenecks, but 
does it also give some autoconfiguration hints? Or is there any other tool 
to perform this?
