In addition to the remarks Sybrand made on Feuerstein, to which I agree, Tom Kyte has some stuff on his asktom.oracle.com site - look on the "files" tab (right hand side).
Things like "tools I use", etc.

Not coding standards (which you will have to set for yourself), but still "sound practice" - which may be worth a lot more...
