I agree with Hans that you should be dealing directly with Oracle Corp. but you can find one example in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/A0902000.SQL.

But as you can clearly see by looking in PRVTAQDI.SQL Oracle is not making even the header of this package public.
