imp only user accounts

I have a dmp file created with exp on 8i.  The file was created with full=y.



I would like to imp the user accounts, including their passwords and
profiles into a 9i database.  I would like to not bring in all of the
schemas, so I would prefer to not use full=y in the import.  Is there any
way to accomplish that?
