I do believe that the maximum size of a pl/sql table (array) is officially OS dependent so the odds are that you will get a memory related error prior to hitting the row limit. Back in version 7 days we tested and hit the limit at about 10M. I have no idea how large we can make a pl/sql table today except that I know I have gone past 10M.

If anyone has tested or has current large pl/sql tables that they can estimate memory usage for based on row counts I would be interested in seeing the numbers.
