Hello,

  which is better from 'best practise' perspective:

declare

   cursor ...

begin
  open ...
loop

	 fetch ...
	exit when %NOTFOUND
	insert ...

end loop;
commit;
close ...

OR

declare

   cursor ...

begin
  open ...
loop

	 fetch ...
	exit when %NOTFOUND
	insert ...

end loop;
close ...
commit;

Regards.
