OEM and similar tools allow you to show ddl and keep it to a file. There are also scripts floating about that do it, like in the faq http://www.orafaq.com/scripts/index.htm#GENSQL . If you have metalink access (highly recommended), see

Also look at the show=Y and indexfile commands for imp in the utilities manual.
