Not the case here. I noticed that there are 2 extra entries in
DBA_HIST_DATABASE_INSTANCE where it says "oid1" and "oid2" are not
cluster instance (PARALLEL='NO'), all other entries are PARALLEL='YES'.
I am not sure how to get rid of these 2 extra entries.
