Exporting / importing a whole schema

What's the best way to copy a complete user / schema and all associated
objects and permissions from one instance to another?



The user had already been created on the target box but when I did the
import some objects, e.g. sequences, failed to create, I think due to
missing privileges. If I drop the user can I get exp / imp to do it all
for me and preserve the privileges from the source box?
