My research  is certainly leading me in a web based direction. Although
my personal bias had led me to prefer a solid form running on the
client pc. In my limited experience i have seen more oracle failures in
web based oracle systems. However, a web based system has everything
else i need in terms of functionality. Therefore I shall look into
HTMLDB.
