That is the wondrous quality of the software recently shipped by Oracle Corp. Patchset 9.2.0.6 on Linux actually downgraded the cluster manager to an unusable version. Oracle Corp. has outsourced development to Elbonia and has cut costs by eliminating QA. Enjoy. Everything will be better when the next patchset ships.

For those who would accuse me of inventing things, here is the patch to look at:
