LOL. I knew I should have tested against a 9i. The data is filled using the brand product name, hence

'Oracle9i Enterprise Edition'
'Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition'

and I suspect

'Oracle9i Standard Edition'
'Oracle9i Personal Edition'
'Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition'
'Oracle Database 10g Personal Edition'

would be used as well. The 'PL/SQL' seems consistent though.
