Ask Oracle to discuss ROI (return on investment) as well as price. Also ask for a specialist who can provide the detailed value of the service, not just the list price.
Remember that with Oracle, price is generally related to [perceived] value. and if you don't spell out the value to you Oracle's sales force will assume that your definition and their's matches. Differences in that definition are very useful in reaching an understanding and/or discounts.
