tns errors

When I open a prompt on my PC I can do this:

C:\>tnsping snd.world

Used parameter files:

OK (0 msec)

And I Can use SQLPlus OK.

When I try to use SQLPlus Worksheet I get:

ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

Also, I heard that the worksheet was going away and iSQLPlus was going to be web based.... true? If so, where do I find out info about it?
