catalog/catproc as system

I was trying to fix an export issue and mistakenly ran @catalog.sql
@catproc.sql
as SYSTEM instead of SYS
(I've since re-run them as SYS several times) The database appears to be working fine, However I'm still not able to EXPORT data.

Any insight ?
