Being Blocked from reading data is one thing, and having a read Always
be successful (ie, NO errors) is another. Maxim mentioned a few errors
that can happen. Basically the other things that can go wrong are why
PLSQL has the exception clause.



And Daniel is right, reads are never blocked.
