literal string to long, Reformating query to work

I have the following insert staement that is generating a literal string to long error every time I try to insert this value into a CLOB field. I'm trying to insert the data using .net.

Could someone help me convert this one example into something that will not generate this error. It looks like I need to create a variable or something.
