What do you mean by a comparison? The underlying concepts, transaction models, etc. are completely different.

If you can be more specific we can get you some help.

My suggestion, for now, look at the examples at: www.psoug.org (click on Morgan's Library) tahiti.oracle.com (click on 9.2)
