Once into the store, above each 'Quantity' box is a small link labed 'Check User Minimums'. It in the first table on the user minimums page. Link (probably wrapped) is

Verified same page for Canadian (English & French), German & US. (Not sure whether it's tied to WebCache's ESI (or perhaps personalization), but I do like that 'translation' technology.)
