The questions bothers me only from the standpoint of copywrite. The questions, with answers, I find offensive as it just breeds more people with a 'credential' yet incapable of actually doing real work.

The fact that anyone actually knows what the questions are is prima facia evidence that the certification is meaningless. In no other professional exam I can think of are the questions ever reused. Want to be certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, for example, and the questions are different for every surgeon in every exam and never reused.
