I am trying to insert a record into a table. The text that was given to me includes the following piece:

'IRIS,IP&OP SLOT,' Oracle (TOAD specifically) errors on this ... how do I insert the & into a text field? I know there are ways in VB, VBA and C++ to force this to go in ... but I can't remember how to do it in SQL.
