Position Summary:
Provide support to Professional and Self-Service Oracle HR end-users. Troubleshoot end-user errors and issues. Responsible for all functional tasks related to the implementation and ongoing administration of the system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support end-users of the Oracle HR System, including Self Service,
OTL and Payroll
· Improve informational access through the use of reports
· Document system procedures and policies
· Test system upgrades/patches and advise Oracle DBA on testing
results to move to production instance
· Trains users and advises on best use of system
· Place and update TAR's
· Set up new elements and look-up codes

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
1-3 years of Oracle functional experience. Setup experience with HRMS.  Experience with Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer and SQL preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements:
