Find a table name for user packages..

hi........

i have installed oracle 9i, i need to fine a table name.. I think there should be table for that also.. Problem is this....
there are several user in database. like SYS,sysman... then each user have own packages,and own procedures. then this package names and procedure names should be in a table.. i need to know what is that table name. an d hoe i can retrive those vales from them..like select Package_name from XXX table user_name=SYS......
