Thanks for the response Hans.  I have been looking through them all day
:(  All that I can find is either references to XML DB or the use of
the XMLType datatypes?  I just want to pass in a CLOB of xml data and
then parse it and perform updates against my relational data.  I will
continue to dig through the docs.
