sqlnet.ora looks like:

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS) NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES, ONAMES, HOSTNAME) tnsnames.ora files are the same. there is no error message, just that the tnsping times out.
